Our PROCESS
Design
Sustainable Wastewater Solutions will consult with you to get the correct design and submit all relevant documentation to the local council, including the land capability assessment. This design will show the type of system to be installed, as well as the type of drain field to be used.
Quote
Once the design is completed and submitted to the council, we can then provide you with a quote for the supply, installation and commissioning of your home sewage treatment system.
Installation
Once the quote has been accepted and the deposit paid, we will work with you/ your builder to set an installation date. On this date, Sustainable Wastewater Solutions handles every aspect of the installation, giving you peace of mind.
Commisioning
If your installation occurs at a new build, we will consult with you and your builder to ensure the system is commissioned and ready to run before your handover. If your installation is at an existing property, commissioning occurs at the same time as the installation.
Servicing
If a Taylex Wastewater Treatment System has been installed, Sustainable Wastewater Solutions are the accredited service agents. All home sewage systems are required by law to be serviced quarterly. We efficiently handle this process from start to finish.
